The Mortuary Platform is a software-as-a-service tool provided by Zeitgeist Business Solutions. The Platform provides digital infrastructure for business management. We are a technology provider, not a service provider in any industry that our Tenants operate in.

The Provider has NO involvement in, control over, or responsibility for any operational activities of Tenant businesses. This includes but is not limited to: client services, financial transactions, pricing decisions, regulatory filings, tax calculations, business licensing, staff employment, or any other business operation. Each Tenant independently operates their business and is solely responsible for all aspects of their operations.

The Platform includes automated tax calculation features based on country-specific configurations (VAT, GCT, IVU, ITBIS, ABST). These calculations are provided as convenience tools based on publicly available tax rates and are NOT tax advice. Tax rates change frequently and may vary based on specific circumstances, exemptions, or special regulations. Each Tenant is solely responsible for verifying all tax calculations with a qualified tax professional and for complying with all tax obligations in their jurisdiction.

The Platform includes compliance checklist features for Caribbean jurisdictions. These features are provided as general informational guides and do NOT constitute legal advice. Laws, regulations, and requirements change frequently and may vary based on specific circumstances. Each Tenant must consult with qualified legal counsel to ensure full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The Platform may integrate with or provide configuration options for third-party services including payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, WiPay), communication platforms (WhatsApp Business API), email providers (SMTP, SendGrid), and other services. The Provider is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, or performance of any third-party service. All relationships with third-party service providers are between the Tenant and the third party.

All data, prices, descriptions, and content displayed on the Platform are provided by and are the sole responsibility of the respective Tenant. The Provider does not verify, audit, or guarantee the accuracy of any Tenant-provided information. Any reliance on such information is at the user's own risk.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR CUSTOMARY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE PROVIDER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, VIRUS-FREE, OR SECURE.
